Ok so I’ve been doing the PM for the last 2 months and im not sure when and how to progress. This is regarding the man makers. I do the 12 minutes and never seem to break into a sweat, I do about 45secs of swings and a min doing jogging on the spot or skipping. After 12mins im hardly out of breath though my forearms may hurt. So shall i do 15 minutes of man makers or do 1 arm swings?? I want to keep doing swings until i have mastered the technique.:cool:
I know im not ready for the ROP yet so i want to continue with manmakers for another month or so.
I know i may seem big headed saying i don’t break into a sweat, its not meant to come off that way,but im a very active guy who walks and plays football (soccer ) regularly so that maybe why.:)
If anyone has any tips on what i can do or what they have done i’d appreciate it.
