I love your book the Russian Kettlebell Challenge!
Now my question; I want to ad some beef to my frame and love the program maximum. But how do I use it to emphasize "getting huge" with kettlebells? Aside from compressing the rest periods, should I emphasize different muscle groups each session? You also mention drop sets with different size kettlebells would that be a good idea as well?
