I’m currently in the process of applying for a commission with the USMC. I’m currently active duty enlisted Air Force and my fitness is decent but nowhere where it needs to be in order to achieve this goal.
My question is this: how would/should I set up a program to improve my fitness to USMC officer levels? I’ve been a long time kettlebell user but haven’t used them consistently since I joined the military. Should I just start over with ETK and do calisthenics and running on my off days? Should I add in heavy deads and presses or just focus on kettlebells, running and calesthinics?
