I am kind of noticing that a lot of guys that train have pain in the forearm during stuff like biceps curls. I have been experiencing pain in the forearm the last week(near the wrist) during pulling exercises with a pronated grip.
So my question is not very specific but there are a ton of little muscles in the forearm, there are a couple of nerves. Is there some way to avoid irritating any of these? Apart from keeping the wrist straight I don’t think there is much on prehab/rehab written.
