Privyet Comrades,
I’ve seen a couple of posts by comrades concerning hernia surgery, and I thought they, and possibly others, might be interested in my results so far.
Had open mesh surgery on a left inguinal hernia on Monday, May 10.
There hasn’t been any pain or discomfort, so I haven’t even taken an aspirin.
When I’m just sitting around, I don’t feel it at all.
I feel a slight tugging sensation in the area when I move around, but that’s it.
No, I haven’t tried to lift my twenty yet.
I think it might be important to be careful about lifting and exercising for a while.
I post this to provide a little more info for comrades who might have concerns about the after-effects of this type of procedure.
