I just wanted to give you a heads-up that there is an upcoming seminar in San Diego which will be taught by Pavel Tsatsouline and Steve Cotter, RKC. This kettlebell and strength training seminar will be focused on improving strength and speed as they apply specifically to martial arts.
I know Pavel personally and I’ve seen Steve compete at a Tactical Strength Challenge. Both of these guys are brutally strong and they’ll be sharing techniques with attendees that will both increase overall strength AND show how to transfer this strength to the mat via harder strikes and stability.
Military personnel get a “two for the price of one” discount.

If you decide to go, tell Pavel you heard about it at kettlebelltraining.net.
