How many reps do you recommend for snatches and clean and jerks with kettlebells? I have the video but you just say between 1-100. That's a big range.

How many reps do you recommend for snatches and clean and jerks with kettlebells? I have the video but you just say between 1-100. That’s a big range.
In the ads there are many comments about cleans and snatches for high reps, but I have always heard that Olympic lifters do very few reps. Why do you differ? Can you more fully explain? Is this more comprehensively covered in PTP [Power to the People] or another one of your programs?
