With great anticipation I opened my Kettlebell tape and shoved it into my VCR. I was not disappointed. Your presentation and instruction are first rate. The thing is, I'm not sure how to structure a routine.
Need suggestions for routines

Comrade Pavel, your presentation and instruction are first rate. Since I don’t have KBs yet, I immediately performed two arm swings with my 30 lb dumbbell for 4 sets of 25 reps. I don’t know if this was wise… but I was psyched. The thing is, I’m not sure how to structure a routine.
I want to use my DBs (for now) to increase my strength and endurance for martial arts. Please offer suggestions until I get the book.
