Pavel, I am thankful that you are so knowledgeable in regards to kettlebell training. I have a question concerning training someone who wants to continue his football career in college.
Kettlebells for football performance?

Pavel, I am thankful that you are so knowledgable in regards to training. I have a question concerning training someone who wants to continue his football career in college.
His goals are:
- Add muscle mass while keeping his body fat at it’s current level.
- Increase his speed.
He is a 6’1” 200lb defensive player.
What exercises and training insight do you suggest for him that will help correlate to the field the best (kettlebell work, deadlifts, military, etc.)?
