Pavel I've got the book and video (along with most of your products). I'm confused because you emphasize that kettlebells are great for endurance training, yet you advise resting at least one minute between sets.

Pavel I’ve got the book and video (along with most of your products). I’m confused because you emphasize that kettlebells are great for endurance training, yet you advise resting at least one minute between sets.
What do you think about supersetting or doing other exercises or jumping rope between sets?
