What results has anyone had applying their kettlebell-won endurance to athletics and martial arts? Generally, it takes me about six weeks to begin to really feel the effect of a new training method, and I've only been at this for four.
Kettlebell endurance carryover to martial arts?

What results has anyone had applying their kettlebell-won endurance to athletics and martial arts? Generally, it takes me about six weeks to begin to really feel the effect of a new training method, and I’ve only been at this for four.
So… any comments out there about wiping out the competition?
