First kettlebell workout, first impressions

I can see why people call these things “Evil”!!
I only have the smallest “weenie weight” kettlebell, and it was rough. Just doing 20 swings left me quite breathless. I did 25 minutes worth of various exercises, including the Military and Side Presses, as well as a windmill. At the end of the workout my chest was heaving for air like I couldn’t believe.
I’m very surprised at the fact that my legs are sore today. I didn’t expect that at all.
Overall I think it’s an excellent workout, I’m going to do it 3X week for the next couple of weeks then go back to PTP. I think of the kettlebell as “Aerobics for Men”. No dishonor there! 8o)
