Does anyone do deadlift singles as a workout routine? I'm wondering if there are benefits to singles vs the conventional 5 reps or vice-versa. I've had some problems getting 5 good reps in the deadlift no matter what the weight, but I'm able to go heavy with good technique on singles.

Does anyone do deadlift singles as a workout routine? I’m wondering if there are benefits to singles vs the conventional 5 reps or vice-versa. I’ve had some problems getting 5 good reps in the deadlift no matter what the weight, but I’m able to go heavy with good technique on singles.
My other question is about kettle bells. What is the best set & rep scheme for developing endurance and absolute strength? I’m using dumbells & sandbags now, but plan on getting some kettle bells very soon.
