Beginning kettlebell workout
Posted on 9/29/2004 at 10:16AM in Getting Started.
This is what I’ve come up with in an attempt to ease into the program…
Three days per week:
- Military Press 3-5 sets of 3-5 reps
- Cleans 3-5 sets of 10-15 reps
- One-arm Swings 3-5 sets of 10-15 reps
Each day, vary the load of each drill, but emphasize one drill. In time, replace the Clean with C&J & replace the One-arm Swing with the Snatch & begin increasing the reps gradually.
