I was wondering if you could post a couple of basic routines or name a couple of key lifts that a wrestler type of athlete could use for strength endurance and cardio, so I could have something to go off of.
Basic kettlebell routine for wrestlers

I’ve watched the kettlebell video three or four times now and have formulated a few routines that I thought would fit my needs based on my perception of the material. I was wondering if you could post a couple of basic routines or name a couple of key lifts that a wrestler type of athlete could use for strength endurance and cardio, so I could have something to go off of. I can workout 5-6 days per week for up to 45 minutes a day
