My main objective is to build some upper body mass. What type of routine would you recommend for putting some beef on the upper body with kettlebells?

How is it better than regular power cleans, deadlifts, squats and presses? This is what the majority feel is the best way of working the athlete to a maximum attempt in these lifts, thus overall strength gained. more »
