Newbie with workout question

Hi everyone – First off, this is a great website!! I am a 40 year-old woman needing to lose a stubborn 10-12 lbs. mostly in the abs/core and some hips. I just recently stumbled upon kettlebells and need advice on how to incorporate it into my workout schedule.

Unfortunatley, I had joined a ladies circuit training gym a few months ago (before I met kettlebells) and don’t want to flush my membership of a few hundred $$$ down the drain! So, what is my best approach to do both workouts??

Should I do kettlebells in the morning and then circuit training after work (on the same day) OR should I do kettlebells one day and circuit training the next day (alternate days)?? Do I need any rest days? I want the best bang for my workout with the best results for fat loss.

My diet is very good, no junk/processed food, tons of water, fruit and veggies, and lots of organic protein shakes.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!
