Well I bought the Dragon Door starter kit that came with the "Enter The Kettlbell" book, DVD, and 16kg kettlebell. I went with the 16kg kettlebell because that’s what Dragon Door recommended since I’m a 30 yr old male and probably can’t bench press 200 lbs. But after just picking it up and messing around with it I think it’s too heavy. I guess I’m weaker than I initally though so I’m gonna order another lighter one. Which size should I go with, a 12kg?
