I am new to this forum and first wanted to say thanks to Pavel for his work. Doing Kettlebells for me has been a life changer. I have lifted weights for 20 years doing the traditional body building routines. About a year or so ago I started doing more functional and full body routines and in my research for new routines found kettlebells. Since then I have not touched a weight or plan to unless I try Power to the People over the winter. Not only physically doing I feel great but my whole well being has changed and I feel great. So thanks Pavel for all your work and information.
I do have a question though and maybe this has been covered but I enjoyed doing some boxing workouts before kettlebells. I stopped to concentrate on kettlebells but wanted to know if there is a way to mix in bag workouts while in the middle of ROP ? I was thinking variety days bur wanted to hear from some experts on what they think?
