Hello everyone, Iam new to the forum. Also I consider my self to be novice to Kettlebell training. I have been working on the Enter The Kettlebell( since August) at 16kg, and now ready to graduate to a 20kg. I had also, recently, purchased Return of the Kettlebell, and took heed to Pavels advised (not to do the Return of The Kettlebell untill you can successfully snatch 24kg 200 times in 10minutes, and can press half your bodywieght( which would be 105lbs)). I truly want to build true strength, so I will be patient and take Pavel’s advise.
Pavel’s seem to be correct sofar. I had been using Kettlebells for at least year prior to purchasing Enter the Kettlebell, and had been experincing back pain. So when I had purchased ETK, I had humbled my self and down grade from my 20kg, back down to a 16kg. I like how Pavel clearly explain the proper form in doing Getups, Swings, Cleans and Press and Snatch. Ever since doing the ETK, I donot have back pain anymore. So I believe Pavel is on to something; therefore, I will get rid of my man eyes(macho
), and humble my self and build up from a lighter weight( 16kg).
To all the experince Kettlbellers out there, Iam love any advise and tips for journey to developing true strength.
Thanks, Moses72
