Never again Dragondoor Australia…. poorest customer service anywhere!!

Just thought I’d share my very poor customer service that I experienced through Dragondoor Australia.
I have purchased a pair of 12kg Dragondoor kettlebells from Dragondoor Australia, and was interested in purchasing a handful more kettlebells.
Due to the fact that I live in a different state to DD headquarters, I would have to consider shipping, not to mention that I have many options as far as Kettlebell suppliers go, I thought I would ask if it would be possible to get any type of discount if I was to order multiple kettlebells.
I’m aware that DD kettlebells are top quality, and I am prepared to pay for a premium product, however, I also like to get my moneys worth like any human, and thought it would be reasonable to see if I could save myself a dollar or two.
The reply I received from DD Australia……

"If you’re shopping based on price I suggest you eat at McDonalds and drive a Hyundai. If you’re shopping based on quality, then you should know that quality costs.

Is this the type of customer service that is typical of Dragondoor, or is this just one bad apple with a chip on his shoulder. Sounds like somebody a DD Australia has dropped at kettlebell on their head.

I don’t mind whether or not I could get a discount. I was simply asking, as I am as money conscious as the next person. I would never treat any of my customers like that, and will never buy a DD product again.
