I am currently training RTK with an 40kg, 32kg and 24kg at 212 pound body weight, 5′7”. I have never had a problem with distal forearm soreness in the past 6 years of kettlebell training, but have recently developed a soreness when a kettlebell lands on the forearm or during a press or lockout position when the kettlebell is pressed against the lower forearm, below wrist. My heavy day consists of long cycle C&J or Military Presses with the 88 and 70#ers and the reps go up fine and easy, but the soreness holds me back. My body is ready for the next rep, but my forearms are crying stop.
Need some help guys, what do you suggest?
Matt
