Hey guys,
I’m looking for a book or DVD that will give me kettlebell routines, basically because I do better when I do someone else’s routine rather than make my own. The Fat Loss DVD looks good but I wanted to hear some opinions before I buy.
I have two 36 lbs KB’s, two 54 lbs KB’s, one 72 lber and an 88 lber along with other implements like a doorhang pullup bar and heavy weighted speed rope.
