The mn Kettlebell club throwing our weight around and loving every minute of it Schedule
so far, a few of us have done this every weekend since we started it (4 meets I think now)
we may be adding some other stuff for folks that do not want to go into the vo2 max
tires, rope, sledge hammers, clubs, and some martial arts conditioning drills that I personally love, thai pads, kali sticks etc
get your freak on
bring meat (or whatever you want to eat)
bring beer (or whatever you want to drink for after)
bring water, lots and lots of water
bring a kettlebell, or whatever exercise implement you want
the goal is to get as many people moving as possible, to make physical culture a thing that all are engaged in, rather than having it be a fringe element of society
no politics
no styles
no bs
just good athletic living
