I decided to start the fighter pullup program about 2 weeks ago in addition to my usual Program Minimum workout. That has been going pretty smoothly, I started at 4,3,2,1,1 ladder and am currently at 6,5,4,3,2. I’ve noticed more stability in my lat engaging, especially during getups.
Over the weekend something told me to go to the back room and try to snatch the 24kg (probably the slight onset of drunkeness). Lo and behold I busted out 5 snatches on both left and right sides with no issues. Next day I decided to verify this and was able to do it again. I just have a slight soreness in my left shoulder blade, which I chalk up to not warming up before hand.
It was a definite What The Hell moment. I will post a video soon for form critique.
