I’ve been doing kettlebells for a bit over a month. I’ve been doing mostly 2 handed swings and TGU’s. Lately, particularly yesterday I’ve felt a strain on my knees while swinging, and I’m feeling the effects of it today. Mind you, it is nothing excruciating but I don’t want to develop a knee problem. This is the first time this has happened to me. My question is what are some things I should be doing to avoid knee problems?
I know you need to bend at your hips first, not wear shoes, push from the heels etc. Perhaps I am using too much weight causing me to loose form mid swing? Any suggestions and tips are highly appreciated.
