Today I did the "Westpac stair climb" which is a charity event for childhood cancer, its basically 30 floors of stair runs as fast as you can. I think it was about 135m of vertical height.
Out of 500 people I came 51st with a time of about 4 mins 29 seconds…I didnt train any stair running at all in the weeks before the event (it was kind of a split decision.) Since all I have been doing lately is kettlebell stuff i’m going to give my suprising results to the WTH effect from kettlebells.

Anyone else got any interesting stories from unexpected results like mine?
