As we all know, kettlebells are a phenomenal strength and conditioning tool and transfer to all sporting activities.
I understand that some professional athletes already use them in their training but I was wondering, do you think kb’s will become as common place as plyometrics, agility, barbells, sprinting and body weight exercise in the strength coaches tool box the world over?
And I mean in all the most popular sports, football, rugby, tennis, golf, cricket, boxing, MMA etc etc?
Or maybe they are already?
