Kettlebells and Muscles.

Hi everyone,

I have been watching a few of Steve Cotters kettlebell videos on youtube and ive noticed he has a pretty decent physique. Now what i wanted to know is this from his training with kettlebells alone or mixed with some dumbell/barbell work?

As ive been researching alot about kettlebell exercises recently ,im trying to workout what muscles kettlebells can build. Im aware that the swing can develop the Posterior chain and the TGU can strenghen the shoulder. But what exercises work out the biceps and triceps when working with kettlebells.

Im a similar height to Steve Cotter and would like to put on a little bit of muscle to my body so which kettlebell exercises are the best to do. If any of you have made some muscle gain please let me know.:D
