I have been suffering with sciatica for the last two weeks. The pain gets worse as the day goes on. However, I exercise in the morning with kettlebells with no problems. Swings and get-ups feel good and do not aggravate the situation. I was wondering what specific kettlebell drills or stretches I could do to help with this problem? I had X-rays done and they found some arthritis in my lower back. My doctor wants me to do an MRI to make sure I have no disc problems. I am hoping it’s a muscle imbalance that can be corrected with stretches and what not. I told him I was still exercising and he said that was o.k. as long as there’s no pain. What do you guys recommend?
