Posted on June 8th, 2009I found a great idea for a kettlebell exercise on Danny John’s site. It’s called the waiter’s walk and is similar to a one arm farmer’s walk. The difference is that instead of holding the weight at thigh level you hold it locked out overhead.
You can do it with a dumbbell, kettlebell or olympic bar.
