I did a 2 week cycle of PTP and had NO back problems, even though I suffer from chronic lower back pain. I use very good form, holding my breath through the movement. I'm only up to about 215lbs max on the deadlift, and I'm thinking that is an indication that my back may still be too weak for ballistic kettlebell movements. more »
