KB Heavy Day/Workout – comments welcome!

I’m curious what the great minds here think of my heavy routine I’m doing later today. This focuses on snatch strength and double swing strength, as those are my main goals at the moment.

Monday/heavy day – All with 32kg KB(s):

(In order listed)

TGU’s: 1l,1r,1l,1r

Double push press with slow negative 3×5

Snatches: 5 sets of 5l,5r (pause between each set of 5)

Double clean 3×5

Double high swing (level with head) 2×5

Here are my other two workouts for this week, to put Monday’s workout in perspective:

Wednesday: minimal work with 24kg bells for technique (10x all), VWC session with 16kg

Friday: slightly more work with 24kg bells (20x all), 24kg snatch test.

Here’s some info to give you an idea of where I’m at strength-wise:

5’11”, 200 lbs, probably 15% body fat

I can currently do around 90 snatches with 24kg in 5 minutes

I can get at least 1 rep on each arm doing a one armed strict/hardstyle military press with 32kg

I’ve done 6 getups with 32kg before while training the TGU (alternating left and right), and 28kg for 1l,1r last week felt ok

I did an easier version of the above heavy workout last week and snatched 32kg for 5x(5l,5r) and survived it ok

Any advice, criticism, support, wise cracks, or other creative interactions will be greatly appreciated :)
