In reading RTK, I have come across the page about optimal squat depth and stance width.
There’s a section that tells you just how to find your optimal width/depth for your squats (something like that or other). The book also mentions that if you have a bad back you should really do this to figure out exactly just how much your depth should be and have less depth if you have a bad back.
I was wondering if this optimal squat depth/width comes into play when setting up your stance for the 2 Handed swing and how it contributes to low back pain?
