Very excited. I have been working with the 20KG (it was my first) for the past year and only really started seeing results when i began doing C&P ladders. Any tips for moving up to this bell? I’m planning on starting the PM over again though i havent completed the ROP with the 20KG yet. I just wanted a heavier bell for swings and getups for the time being. I’m a 25 year old male and my goal is to get very lean (low bf%) and i wanted to have this heavier bell available as i can’t break that last bit of fat around my belly and chest area. Any tips are appreciated and thanks to Pavel for introducing me to this training tool.
