The day after the one and only (so far) HKC in Missouri, Master RKC Jeff O’Connor is sticking around to host an Athletic Development workshop (Sunday May 9th). Join us for 8 hours of fun, sweating, and learning – not particularly in that order. The cost is $220, or if you are attending the HKC the day before you get a discount.
