Hey Party People, so OK I’ve never been any great shakes at pull ups but can do maybe a half dozen (haven’t tried in a long time and don’t have a pull-up bar yet) but jeez, getting three sets of thirty doing the horizontal pulls makes me think I’ll be on stage two for five lifetimes
. I am using my dining room table which is a little less than the recommended hip-high hight. Is it a huge difference to maybe get a setup that’s higher? Tonight I did three sets: 9,9,8. Far cry from 30,30,30.
