I looked at a lot of people’s CC workouts in the large progression thread, and I noticed that nobody is following Wade’s suggestion to spend minimum a month on each exercise (unless I missed somebody, for which I apologize)
As some of you may or may not know, I’m on Step 1 of Pushups/Pullups/Leg Raises/Squats. I’ve met the progression standard for all of them except Leg Raises, but Wade says to spend at least a month on each one, so I am doing that.
Am I at a greater disadvantage because I’m not going to the next step as soon as I meet the standard, or is it better to spend this much time on one movement that you’ve already completed the standard for?
