Intermittent Fasting

Ok, I’m trying to do the Eat Stop Eat method. I dont’ necessarily believe in fasting everyday. And frankly my evenings vary to much for me to say for sure I can eat a meal or two with in the alloted amount of time. But I could definately get behinds something like Eat Stop Eat where you are eating everyday, hence I’m trying it.

Anyway here is my problem at least twice a week I end up forgetting to breakfast. I know it sounds weird, but I bring my breakfast to work, get busy, and completely forget to open my breakfast and eat it. Typically on days like this I don’t eat lunch until 1:30-2 in the afternoon. Which ends up being a fast of anywhere from 16.5 – 20 hrs. Like take today for instance one of those was one of those days. I ate lunch at 1:30 which was a 17.5 hour fast, then I didn’t eat dinner until 8pm.

My question is do you think this is ok? This would be on top of the scheduled fast days for ESE. My thoughts are maybe instead of having a set fast day, just do the fast on days that I forget to eat breakfast, that way I’m not fasting to much. What are peoples thoughts?
