Integrating 5×5 Deadlifts with K-Bell

After reviewing The Naked Warrior, Enter the Kettlebell, Power to the People, and Beyond Bodybuilding, I am suffering from information overload. Pavel has all sorts of programs, but I don’t know how to integrate them.

This is my situation:
I’ve worked my way up to the 24kg, but I started to plateau in strength, so I got a barbell set, and I’ve started adding 5×5 deadlifts to my program. I was going MWF, but last week, I had to skip a workout because I was just too exhausted, and didn’t feel safe lifting heavy.

This is what I was doing:
4 alternating TGU, deadlift, 4 TGU, deadlift (for 5 sets of 5).
chinups, front squats, etc (5×5)
10 alternating clean and jerks/leg raises (5 sets)
RKC armbars for 1 minute each side

Up until this routine, my workouts were mostly long sets of swings and TGU’s (per Jordan’s advice), with a few clean and jerks and snatches thrown in. I’ve made progress with these, but I think it’s time for a change. So now, I’ve temporarily reversed it by laying off the swings.

This program takes a lot out of me, and I’m not sure that I can sustain doing it 3x per week.

Is this program OK, too much, or not enough? Should I add swings or snatches back in? If so, how?
