Injured shoulder – now is stronger

All last year I had a sore/stiff Left shoulder. I decided to press very little then and did mostly TGUs/Arm bars, with some PT type routines I got off YouTube…A few months ago the left shoulder was feeling great so I resumed my RoP Ladders. In a very short time my strength shot up very well – a good recovery!. Prior to the injury I could not press the 24kg off my left shoulder – and could barely crank out 5 reps (20kg) with the left…now I can press out 6 M/P reps with the 24kg with the left shoulder…The left side has developed a solid groove. In short, my left arm has surpassed my "stronger" right arm. I can C/P 5 reps with the right, but not M/P for 5 reps. It feels more of a struggle on that last rep with the right. I have also noted recently that I am now developing some early signs of stiffness in my right shoulder…This is a bit frustrating:mad:…Which means its back to TGUs/arm bars for the time being (along with CC) …I want to nip this in bud and not repeat a mistake I made a year ago with my left shoulder…Sorry for the long rambling post:o…Dennis
