I do swings, presses, squats etc. I like the simplicity and shortness of these exercises. If I do a bad one I’m on to the next one in no time. The TGU’s are another matter. They’re intensive. The moves need to be graceful. Each part needs great focus. One mistake at the beginning and the rest of the exercise is crap.
I know what the form looks like but I can’t keep focused through each of the different parts and feel rather awkward.
