Never thought this would happen to me!

I trained for months before a hernia surgery with no problem. Seems since my comeback after surgery, I’ve been struggling a bit with form etc… I guess the ripped callus is proof of that. And following ETK PM on top of that… not a lot of snatching go figure… I have been doing some pull-ups though, bar is a bit small, and I do feel a pinch in my hands everytime I do them… so maybe it wasn’t the kettlebells… ;-)
