Here’s what I do:
(all numbers are at my current ability)
Mon;
Cleans 3 sets each arm, atm on 18/18, 18/18, 8/8
Wed;
Cleans, 18/18
Two-hand swings, 20 x 2 (I can do 40 per set but I had a problem with my neck.)
One handed swings, 10/10
Pushups, 10 (I like pushups ^^)
Fri - Same as wednesday.
Why:
I had extreamly poor posture and my upper chest is the only region where I can feel ribs, caused by years of rounded shoulder in my teans. My main goal is to "side press" the beast.
Short term goal is 30 cleans each arm, 60 two handed swings and 30 one handed swings, all per set, then to start side pressing this 24kg.
EDIT: My One handed swings are there because I am slowly replacing my two handed ones as a side project
