How do I train to press a 40kg kettlebell?

I’m aware of Pavel’s old challenge for bodybuilders to press a 40 kg (88lb) kettlebell. As a tall ex-bodybuilder who always worked bench presses and stuff but few shoulder presses I’m surprised by how weak I am. I’m determined to work on this one.

I’ve just been shakily clean and pressing my 16kg today for pretty hard singles. I’ve been reading the advice in ‘Enter the Kettlebell’ about form and technique. What is the protocol to achieve a 40 kg single with each arm in the next few months / year? I could probably guess at what to do as I’ve got PTTP, Beyond Bodybuilding and ETK but can someone advise what the party line would be.
