Hello, and please help

Hello, newbie to the forum, but I’ve been reading it for months now, and just decided to register, now that I need advice from any expert.

I started the South Beach diet back in May, and have pretty much lost 2 -3 lbs each week with consistency. I started kb workouts about 3 months ago, but was so out of shape, I couldn’t do 1 "cycle" of the workout I decided to do. I’ve built it up to 2 cycles now, and would like to add a third. I’ll post what exercises I do, in just a sec.

The problem I need advice on is with weight gain. I started the 2nd cycle 3 weeks ago, and the first week showed a gain of 5 lbs. 2nd week lost 2, third week gained 4. I’ve made NO change whatsoever in the diet that’s lead me to a 60 + pound weight loss. I’ve got LOADS more to go, and very least, another 100 pounds.

One cycle workout for me, with a 25lb. kettlebell. (each exercise listed has a 10 second rest between each).

20 two-handed swings
10 left handed swings
10 right handed swings
10 left handed cleans and press
10 right handed cleans and press
10 left handed high pulls
10 right handed high pulls
10 left handed snatches
10 right handed snatches
5 left side TGU
5 right side TGU

Rest 3 minutes, then do it again.

Why am I gaining weight?
