I have been following this for some weeks now and as of monday each time I complete my swings I get a pounding headache at the base of my skull. My heatrate is normal (arround 130 after workout) however my bodytemp rises to arround 38 and after a few mins I am fine. My vision also goes "white". This has also occured when i’m relaxed on rest days (heartrate @ 60ish) but otherwise the same as above. Also occurs during stuff I probably can’t type here…
I have seen my GP and he checked my heartrate and bp which are fine. My GP reccomended that I monitor the situation as he had no idea of what it was or caused it.
So, i’m at a dead end now (no more workouts untill I know what it is) I know i’m not dehidrated (*spelling). Do any of you folks have any ideas?
