I was doing KB snatches and could muster 200 in 10 mins with the 24 kg.
I learned to do things Hard Style later on and now that I’m really tensing all the "Shield" muscles, I get tired quicker… It also slows the cadence down some as the "Brace" absorbs the shock…
Needless to say, I’m not cranking out 200 hardstyle snatches in 10 mins.
I’m doing KB’s for strength and athletic ability/ so as to not get injured… I really like hard style for this purpose, but I’m wondering if this is normal or not?
