Gtg, q&a

Hi :D , oke :D lets begin :D

I have read the book from Pavel about GTG but there were still some questions left unanswered.

- How does the GTG training really work, what are the sets what are the reps and what is the frequency

- Can I combine the one-arm pushup and the pistol with the pullup because im one the Armstrong pullup program and i dont want to leave the program yet. In other words can I have a third excersise

Thx for the help with answering these questions, for the rest the book was clear about how to perform these excersises except I have still troubles with the compressed breathing section and the corkscrew maneuvre that is performed during pushups. Maybe some help there too

Also are there people here that are performing GTG for a very long period or is it a program to obtain your goals and then go on with a different program.
