Day 1: ETK Heavy Volume Presses; swings (doing the swing volume plan from the shoulder shocker )
Day 2: CC work (Push-ups, leg raises). Light cardio.
Day 3: TGUs (10 mins, start to add different objects and weights. Work up to 20 mins). 15 mins each working on Snatches (work up to 20 mins, then add combo drills, don’t put the bell down challenge).
Day 4: Rest
Day 5: ETK Light Presses (volume, rung lower than on Day1, maybe add weight once I reach 5 ladders?); Heavy Swings (use the 2 dice and roll for round time. Do as many swings as possible in that allotted time).
Day 6: CC work (pull-ups, squats). Light cardio
Day 7: Rest.
This has been the plan for about a month. TGUs I have gotten up to 12:30 with a 53+15 (the gym I go to has the Go Fit bells), 14 mins with 53# bell. Sntaches are coming long, 14 mins those 4 each arm, rest 20 secs, repeat. I just don’t know what has happened to my grip.
Any ideas on how to change things up for the better?
